Delivery Policy

At the present time, for stock items, you’ll receive your order in approximately two weeks from the order date. We expect the delivery time to be one week very soon.

For custom orders, delivery time will be determined at the time of order.

No-Cost Return/Exchange Policy

At Competitor’s Code, if you want to return or exchange an item, we don’t make you “Gut it out!” We make it easy for you. And it costs you nothing to do it!

The No-Cost Return/Exchange Policy applies to stock items. The Nine Codes Poster and custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

A Return/Exchange Form and a Return Shipping Label will be included with your order. Don’t throw them away. You’ll need them for returns and exchanges.

Returns

  1. You may return any stock item within 60 days of the order date.
  2. The item being returned must be in new condition (not worn, not washed).
  3. You must complete the Return/Exchange Form and return it with the item.
  4. You must use the Return Shipping Label to ship the item.
  5. Bring the package to UPS. We’ll pay the shipping charges.
  6. When we receive the item, we’ll give you a refund for the full amount that you paid (including shipping charges) using your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  1. You may exchange any stock item within 60 days of the order date.
  2. Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size and/or color with the same price.
  3. The item being exchanged must be in new condition (not worn, not washed).
  4. You must complete the Return/Exchange Form and return it with the item.
  5. You must use the Return Shipping Label to ship the item.
  6. Bring the package to UPS. We’ll pay the shipping charges.
  7. When we receive the item, we’ll ship the new item to you. We’ll pay the shipping charges.
